Scrumhalf Ali Price scored two tries as Glasgow Warriors continued their 100 percent start to the season with a bonus-point 52-24 victory over the Free State Cheetahs in Bloemfontein on Saturday. The Scottish side outscored their opponents by seven tries four after a dominant second half display that underlined their potential this season. Flyhalf Adam Hastings, wings Tommy Seymour and DTH Van Der Merwe, flank Callum Gibbins and replacement scrumhalf George Horne also crossed the tryline for the visitors, while Hastings also kicked six conversions and a penalty. Fullback Malcolm Jaer grabbed a brace of tries for the Cheetahs, to go with scores from wing William Small-Smith and centre Nico Lee, but the side slipped to a third successive defeat this season. Hastings scored the first try for the Warriors inside two minutes, but Small-Smith hit back as her won a race for the ball after it was kicked into the Glasgow in-goal area. Jaer had the Cheetahs in front when the home side turned over Warriors ball near their tryline and the hack ahead turned into a try for the fullback. The Warriors were reduced to 14 players when centre Alex Dunbar was shown a yellow card for a high tackle, but they levelled the score as Price got his first try. The home side regained the lead when Lee crossed on the half-hour mark as they went into the break with a 19-14 advantage. But when Jaer was yellow-carded early in the second period for taking out a man in the air, the Warriors were able to make their numerical supremacy count. Seymour, Price and Van der Merwe crossed for tries in the next 10 minutes as the game swung in the favour of the visitors. Jaer narrowed the gap with a race into the corner, but the Warriors were enjoying too much dominance in the pack and the platform was laid for further scores from Gibbins and Horne.
