Owen Farrell has been recalled by England for Saturday's Test against Australia with Maro Itoje named among the replacements.
Jonny May and Joe Launchbury also return for England as Eddie Jones makes three personnel and one positional change for the Wallabies.
Anthony Watson starts a Test at fullback for the first time, with Mike Brown not considered for selection after suffering a head injury, while May returns from a hamstring strain to start on the wing.
Farrell returns at inside centre after being on water-carrying duties against Argentina last week with Henry Slade named among the replacements. Joe Launchbury starts in the second-row instead of George Kruis with Itoje, who missed the match against the Pumas, named among the replacements alongside returning prop Joe Marler.
"I have selected the strongest 23 to play Australia and we will have to be effective in everything we do this weekend to win," Jones said. "This is going to be a great challenge, as we know Australia have been in great form towards the end of their season.
"The players have had an extremely positive week. They have trained well and worked hard and we are all excited about going out on Saturday and playing well against a very good Australian side."
Australia coach Michael Cheika, meanwhile, has named an unchanged side for the trip to Twickenham.
The only addition to the 23-man squad that beat Wales in Cardiff last weekend is back row Lopeti Timani, who is one of nine replacements included. One of the reserves will be omitted for Saturday's game.
