The Miami Dolphins will likely put receiver Albert Wilson on season-ending injured reserve due to the hip injury he suffered Sunday against Detroit, a source told ESPN's Adam Schefter.
Wilson confirmed via Twitter that surgery will not be required, however.

In anticipation of Wilson's likely move to IR, the Dolphins have already designated two players -- offensive lineman Jake Brendel and linebacker Mike Hull -- to return off IR.
Miami will also be without receiver Kenny Stills for its Thursday night matchup at Houston. Stills injured his groin late in Sunday's loss to the Lions.
Wilson gave the Dolphins a 25-yard catch-and-run but made an awkward step after being tripped from behind by a Lions defender. He was down for a couple of minutes being tended to by trainers before walking slowly to the locker room. He appeared to be in significant pain, biting down on a towel.
Wilson had been Miami's most explosive player this season, leading the team in receiving yards (359) and leading the NFL in yards after catch (335) going into Week 7. He had a career-high 155 receiving yards and two touchdowns on six catches in the team's 31-28 victory over the Bears.
