Source: Kyle O'Quinn agrees to 1-year, $4.5 million contract with Pacers

Center Kyle O'Quinn has agreed to a one-year, $4.5 million contract with the Indiana Pacers, a source told ESPN's Chris Haynes.

O'Quinn averaged 7.1 points, 6.1 rebounds and 58 percent shooting in 18 minutes per game for the New York Knicks.

The Pacers have also added Tyreke Evans and Doug McDermott in free agency to a roster than won 48 games last season.

The 28-year-old declined his $4.2 million option with New York last month.

O'Quinn just completed his sixth NBA season, including three years with the Orlando Magic and three with the Knicks.

O'Quinn will likely compete for minutes at backup center behind Myles Turner in Indiana.
