Evan Fournier leaves Magic game with sprained right ankle

NBA, Orlando Magic

Evan Fournier, the Orlando Magic's second-leading scorer, left Wednesday night's game against Atlanta with a sprained right ankle after falling on Nikola Vucevic's foot on the first possession in overtime.

The team said X-rays were negative and he will undergo further evaluation on Thursday.

"I just saw Evan and he said it's hurting him,'' Vucevic said. "Hopefully, it won't keep him out too long. He's a big part of what we do. He needs to take care and make sure he comes back healthy.''

Fournier had 27 points on 12-of-21 shooting with four rebounds in the Magic's 110-106 victory in overtime.
