The Yankees beat the Red Sox 3-2 and everyone will poke at the Boston bullpen that surrendered three runs in the seventh, but the Red Sox offense has struggled in September, even though the team has gone 10-5. They're hitting .242/.319/.368 with 11 home runs while averaging 4.20 runs per game (compared to 5.43 through September). Probably nothing, but something to watch.

Yankees announce that Aaron Judge had 11 live at-bats at a simulated game at Yankee Stadium earlier today; he faced pitchers A.J. Cole, Chance Adams and minor-leaguer Phillip Diehl. Additionally, closer Aroldis Chapman threw 22 pitches to Tyler Wade and Kyle Higashioka. Yankees say that both Judge and Chapman completed their sim-game programs without issues.
