Hutchison leads Boise State over Sacramento State 77-54

BOISE, Idaho -- Chandler Hutchison had 21 points and 12 rebounds and Boise State beat Sacramento State 77-54 on Saturday.

Hutchison was 7 of 14 from the floor, made 6 of 8 free throws and collected his fourth double-double of the season. Justinian Jessup added 18 points for Boise State (9-1), which has won five straight, is 6-0 at home and is off to its best start since the 1988-89 season.

Jeff Wu scored 16 points for Sacramento State (2-8). Justin Strings added 15 points and 10 rebounds.

Joshua Patton's layup pulled the Hornets to 14-13 with 9:31 remaining in the first half. David Wacker made consecutive dunks and Christian Sengfelder slammed another to spark a 24-10 surge and the Broncos led 38-23 at halftime. Sengfelder added two 3-pointers and scored all 13 of his points during the stretch.
