Braxton has triple double to lead St. Francis (PA) to win

LORETTO, Pa. -- Keith Braxton had a triple double and Mark Flagg added a double double as St. Francis (Pa.) pulled away late to beat Fairleigh Dickinson 74-60 in Northeast Conference play on Thursday night.

Braxton scored 12 points while grabbing 16 rebounds and dishing out 10 assists. Flagg had 17 points with 10 rebounds and three blocks, Jamaal King scored 17 and Andre Wolford added 15 points for St. Francis (13-9, 7-4). Braxton's triple double was the first for a Red Flash player at least since the NCAA started keeping that statistic in 1997-98.

St. Francis was ahead 36-34 at the break and pushed that to a 56-43 advantage after King hit a trey with 12:34 remaining. Fairleigh Dickinson fought back to close to 61-59 after a Kaleb Bishop layup with 4:32 left. King answered with a 3-pointer and followed with a layup as the Red Flash pulled away in the final minutes.

Bishop had 18 points and Mike Holloway added 10 with nine rebounds for the Knights (7-15, 4-7).
