Jefferson Hodges joins Team Penske: Team Penske announced today that Jefferson Hodges, who most recently served as General Manager and Director of Competition for Rev Racing, will join the organization as NASCAR Team Manager beginning with the 2019 season. Hodges will report to Team Penske Competition Director Travis Geisler and help manage various administrative and competition-related duties for the team's Monster Energy NASCAR Cup Series (MENCS) and NASCAR XFINITY Series (NXS) programs.[More](1-5-2019)

Joey Logano won the Ford EcoBoost 400 Monster Energy NASCAR Cup Series race at Homestead-Miami Speedway and the 2018 Monster Energy NASCAR Cup Series Championship. The win is his 3rd win of 2018, 1st win at Homestead and 21st career win. It is his first Championship.

There was a caution with 20 laps remaining when #19-Suarez hit the wall. The race restarted with 15 laps to go with #18-Busch leading #78-Truex, Jr., #4-Harvick and #22-Logano. Logano moved quickly to the front, taking the lead with 12 laps to go and pulled away for a 1.725 second margin of victory.

Ford wins drivers' and manufacturers' titles: Ford Championship Weekend lived up to its name today as Ford claimed both major titles in the Monster Energy NASCAR Cup Series at Homestead-Miami Speedway. Joey Logano's victory in the Ford EcoBoost 400 gave him his first career championship and capped a season that saw him win three times. Logano, who claimed the title in his third appearance as one of NASCAR's Championship Four participants, became the eighth Ford driver to win the title and the first since Kurt Busch did it in 2004.[More](11-18-2018)

Joey Logano hangs tough for hard-fought Talladega victory: Joey Logano led a Ford feast on Sunday at Talladega Superspeedway, beating Kurt Busch to the checkered flag by .127 seconds to win the GEICO 500, the 10th Monster Energy NASCAR Cup Series race of the season. Logano led the final 42-of-188 laps, a race-high 70 overall, and controlled the action after a 14-car wreck on Lap 166 thinned the field. Logano led 70 of the 188 laps. He regained the lead after green flag pit stops with 41 laps to go and even relinquished the lead.

Autotrader returns to Team Penske: Autotrader enters its fifth season with Team Penske as a primary racing sponsor for four Monster Energy NASCAR Cup Series races during the 2018 season.
