Hall has nightmare time in Lalla Meryem Cup second round

Austria's Christine Wolf and Germany's Laura Fuenfstueck claimed a share of the halfway lead in the Lalla Meryem Cup as Wales' Lydia Hall suffered a nightmare second round in Rabat.

Wolf's 69 took her alongside Fuenfstueck on three under par and was the only sub-70 round on day two as breezy conditions made scoring difficult on the Blue Course at Royal Golf Dar Es Salam.

Australia's Sarah Kemp is a shot off the lead, with defending champion Klara Spilkova and Lynn Carlsson the only other players in red figures on one under.

Hall began the day three shots off the lead after an opening 71, but slumped to a second round of 82 which included five bogeys, a triple bogey on the 11th and a double bogey on the 15th.

England's Felicity Johnson and Florentyna Parker are five shots off the pace after rounds of 74 and 75 respectively.
