Daniel Sturridge insists he is happy at Liverpool but says it is for the club to decide on his future.
Sturridge, 27, has failed to command a regular place in Liverpool's starting XI this season after struggling to keep fit and has continually been linked with a move away from Anfield.
However, the England international did recover from a hip injury to appear in six of Liverpool's last seven matches of the Premier League season and help them secure a top-four spot.
When asked if he was going to be a Liverpool player next season, Sturridge was quoted by the Daily Express as saying: "That is for the club to decide. For myself I am enjoying my football. My job is to go on the pitch and put my best foot forward.
"There is nothing to discuss really. I have two years left on my deal and I am happy here. I would have liked to have played more but I am grateful to the club for the opportunities and the manager [Jurgen Klopp] has been really nice to me."
In total, Sturridge made 27 appearances in all competitions during the 2016-17 campaign, scoring seven goals.
Lucas Leiva is another Liverpool player who has been linked with a summer exit, but Klopp said on Sunday that he had "no idea" whether the 30-year-old had played his last game for the club.
Meanwhile, Adam Lallana says Liverpool are in a healthy position ahead of the summer transfer window.
The midfielder feels there are plenty of factors that make the Merseyside club an attractive proposition at the moment.
He told BBC Sport: "We're going to attract big players this summer having Jurgen Klopp as our manager, the new stand and Champions League football. I think we'll see a few big faces coming in."
