Alan Sheehan rescues draw for Luton

Luton captain Alan Sheehan rescued the Sky Bet League Two leaders a point as they drew 2-2 with Cheltenham. The skipper pounced in stoppage time, heading home Luke Gambin's corner at the back post as the Hatters fought back from 2-0 down.Town went close in the first half, James Collins firing over, while Harry Cornick missed his kick, Luke Berry's angled shot was saved by Ross Flinders and Olly Lee drove off target too. However, Cheltenham were in front on 42 minutes when Joe Morrell let fly from 30 yards to beat Marek Stech. After the break, there was real controversy as Lee scored from James Justin's cross but referee Mark Heywood has already blown for a foul by Will Boyle on striker Collins.Collins then saw his tame penalty saved by Flinders, with Mohamed Eisa making it 2-0 on 55 minutes.Hatters pulled one back through Berry's close range finish 60 seconds later.Luton pushed for a leveller, sub Danny Hylton's fierce effort beaten away by Flinders before Sheehan struck at the death.
