Augsburg strike twice late to earn win at Ingolstadt

Two late goals earned Augsburg a 2-0 victory in a Bavarian derby against Ingolstadt who ended the game with 10 men and still without a win all season.

Augsburg enjoyed the better of the first half with Philipp Max wasting their best chance, missing the target with a free header.

They were unable to take the lead until the 86th minute, though, when Raul Bobadilla marked his return just five minutes after entering the fray with a direct free-kick over the wall and into the top corner.

Tobias Levels was given his marching orders three minutes later before Halil Altintop sealed Augsburg's win in the last minute, drilling in a pass from Bobadilla to lift Augsburg clear of the relegation zone.
