The Bairns then doubled their lead, Paul Watson heading in.
McAllister cancelled out the lead in a five-minute spell with a stunning double strike for Peterhead.
He took Scott Ross's pass before lobbing the goalkeeper, and then ran in to tap home Jordon Brown's cross for 2-2.
He latched on to his third on the stroke of half-time from James Redman's long pass.
Alex Cooper levelled for Falkirk, but McAllister crashed a stunning shot home from 40 yards and scored a penalty to complete his staggering night's work.
