Jamie Bain nets winner as Airdrie climb up to fourth
Airdrie moved up to fourth in the Ladbrokes League One table after recording a 1-0 victory over league-leaders Dunfermline at East End Park.Airdrie midfielder Jamie Bain scored the game's only goal in the 30th minute when he slotted the ball past home goalkeeper Sean Murdoch from the middle of the box.Michael Paton sent a free-kick narrowly wide five minutes before the break as the hosts attempted to bounce straight back.The Pars continued to search for an equaliser as the second half wore on but they could not find a way past Airdrie shot-stopper Neil Parry.
