Manchester United's Diogo Dalot in line for debut vs. Young Boys

Diogo Dalot is set to make his Manchester United debut after travelling with the squad ahead of their Champions League opener against Young Boys.

The 19-year-old summer signing from Porto was on the flight to Switzerland on Tuesday morning and could be included in Jose Mourinho's team at the Stade de Suisse on Wednesday night.

Dalot has played twice for the under-23s since recovering from knee surgery and completed 90 minutes for Ricky Sbragia's side in the 1-1 draw with Reading at Old Trafford on Friday.

Luke Shaw has also travelled after missing the win at Watford on Saturday while Ander Herrera has also made the trip after recovering from an ankle injury.

Marcus Rashford is likely to start against Young Boys while he completes a three-game domestic ban. Nemanja Matic could also be included after he was sent off at Vicarage Road, meaning he will miss Wolves' visit to Old Trafford on Saturday.

Mourinho has changed his routine ahead of United's Champions League opener.

Instead of training at Carrington the day before the game, the players will train at the stadium on Tuesday evening in a bid to get used to the artificial pitch.

"We can't change the pitch," Young Boys manager Gerardo Seoane told a news conference on Tuesday.

"It's clear they are not used to pitches like this, so in the beginning I guess it will be a special feeling, but with training and the warm up I think they will be all right.

"They have the quality, speed and technique to play on this pitch. So I don't think it's going to be a problem."
