Manchester City will return to the United States this summer, the Premier League leaders announced on Friday.
New York will host one of City's preseason matches, with further cities and opponents to be announced.
City will play in the International Champions Cup for a second year running after also participating in the U.S. edition of the competition last season.
Among the games they played a year go was the first ever Manchester derby outside England against United in Houston. City also faced Real Madrid in Los Angeles and Tottenham Hotspur in Nashville.
Benjamin Mendy, who is currently recovering from a cruciate knee ligament injury, was in New York to make the announcement.
Speaking at a fan event of the top of the Rockefeller Center, Mendy said: "It's been amazing to come to New York City to announce the tour and give some local fans a real surprise!
"The soccer fans in the United States are so passionate about the game and it's always a pleasure to visit here.
"When I go back to Manchester and tell the players about my trip I know they will be really excited to come here in the summer. We can't wait to play in front of our U.S. fans again."
Earlier, City boss Pep Guardiola said midfielder Jack Harrison, newly signed from NYCFC, was likely to be given a chance during the tour after completing his loan at Middlesbrough.
"He's going on loan and we are going to see at the end of the season," Guardiola said. "In preseason a lot of players will be here with those at the World Cup, and I don't know who will be available.
"After that we'll decide -- I have a little idea who will join us here and in the States, but we'll see."
