The final rounds of qualifying for the 2018 World Cup take place between Oct. 5 and Oct. 10.
The nine group winners qualify automatically, with the other four places decided by playoffs between the eight best runners-up.
Group C: 1. Germany, 24 points (a-Northern Ireland, h-Azerbaijan)
Germany will win the group if they avoid defeat in Belfast. Even then, they would stay two points clear and need only one more point due to goal difference.
