Nikola Milenkovic to Manchester United

Jose Mourinho will attend the Nations League clash between Serbia and Montenegro during the international break, as he wants to personally scout Fiorentina centre-back Milenkovic. Reports in Serbian media outlet Telegraf state the 20-year-old is a target for the Red Devils and they could look to do business in January as Mourinho seeks reinforcements to shore up his shaky defence.

Tanguy Ndombele to Tottenham

The Lyon midfielder continues to attract interest from a number of teams in the Premier League, but Tottenham are hoping to beat Manchester City to his signature with a bid of £55m in January, according to the Mirror. Mauricio Pochettino's side had an offer of £40m rejected in the summer, but will return for the player when the transfer window reopens. Ndombele impressed during Lyon's Champions League victory at Manchester City last month, when Pep Guardiola's side witnessed the talent of their transfer target firsthand.

Alberto Moreno to Barcelona

The Spanish champions are looking for a homegrown player to act as backup, and then become a long-term replacement, for left-back Jordi Alba. And Spanish outlet Mundo Deportivo are reporting Liverpool's Moreno is seen as the ideal player to fit this criteria. With his contract expiring at the end of the season he could be available on a free transfer in the summer or for a knock-down price in January.

Mateo Musacchio to Watford

Watford will reportedly make a move for the AC Milan defender in January but will face competition from fellow Premier league side Fulham. According to Calciomercato, the Hornets owners, the Pozzo family, had considered him for their Serie A side Udinese, but now see the Premier League club as the preferred destination. The Argentine centre-back has been a regular in the Milan defence this season, playing every minute of every game in the league. But with young Italian defender Mattia Caldara waiting in the wings, they may be willing to sell.

Josh Maja to Manchester City

Pep Guardiola's side have shown interest in former youth player Maja, with the Mirror reporting that they could make a move when his Sunderland contract expires this summer. The 19-year-old has nine goals in 12 games in League One so far this season, and his performances have alerted a number of Premier League clubs including Tottenham and Southampton, as well as City. Sunderland would be due a compensation fee if his contract expires.
