The transfer window for all of Europe's big five leagues is now closed, but that doesn't stop Transfer Talk from rummaging through the remains of the summer window to scrounge up the earliest bit of gossip about who will be moving where come January.
Pogba promised La Liga move
Manchester United fans probably won't be too enthused to hear that Paul Pogba has supposedly been promised a lucrative move to La Liga by his agent.
According to the Mirror, Pogba was told by Mino Raiola that he would help engineer a big move to Spain after spending three years at United. This all came before the French midfielder completed his £89 million return to Old Trafford in August 2016.
Should this prove accurate, that means Raiola is poised to set the wheels in motion at the end of the 2018-19 season, by which time Pogba would still have two years remaining on his United deal.
Of course, Real Madrid and Barcelona remain the two most obvious potential destinations.

Real Madrid put big money aside for galactico
Real Madrid have reportedly put a not-insignificant €372 million aside to sign their next galactico player, according to a report in AS.
Having lost Cristiano Ronaldo to Juventus, the Spanish giants are a little light in the superstar department, and it's thought they may seek to rectify the situation sooner rather than later.
The money apparently was "saved for an operation that never came to pass" after prospective moves for Neymar and Kylian Mbappe were deemed impossible by Real's transfer executives over the summer.
AS goes on to speculate that Los Blancos now have the financial clout to sign one, maybe two marquee names when the transfer window opens up again. However, it's worth noting these plans may be scuppered by president Florentino Perez's plan to take on debt to help finance a €575m renovation of the Santiago Bernabeu stadium.
Rashford doesn't want to leave United
Marcus Rashford is determined to stay at Manchester United and win back his place in the starting lineup despite being something of an intermittent presence over the past few months.
The 20-year-old forward has managed only one league start this season, leading some to speculate than he may be better off leaving his boyhood club and trying his luck elsewhere. However, the Sun quotes an inside source at United who claims that Rashford has absolutely no intention of walking out on the club he loves anytime soon.
That said, the youngster is also said to be desperate to be reinstated as a central striker or No.10 and may end up assessing his options come the summer if Jose Mourinho continues to deploy him in a bit-part wing role.
"Marcus is not going to give up trying to prove himself at United, but he knows he may have a big decision to make soon," the anonymous source whispered from the Old Trafford shadows.
Arsenal risk losing Ramsey
Arsenal may end up losing Aaron Ramsey for nothing next summer as concerns over the Welsh midfielder's reluctance to sign a new contract become more acute.
The Express claims that Ramsey could be tempted to follow Gunners chief executive Ivan Gazidis to AC Milan if the latter decides to jump ship to the Italian side at the end of the season.
The 27-year-old has mere months left on his deal at the Emirates and is demanding that his salary be increased on par with the club's highest earners, like Mesut Ozil. So far, the parties remain at the same stalemate they reached weeks ago, and time is just slipping away.
