Transfer Rater: Paulo Dybala to Real Madrid and Ruben Neves to Manchester United

Things change in the blink of an eye in football. The Football Whispers Index takes the latest transfer rumours and gives them a score out of five; the higher the score, the more realistic and reliable the Whisper.

Here are today's top five emerging whispers. And keep an eye on Transfer Talk for all the latest gossip.

Quincy Promes to Sevilla

Netherlands international winger Promes should become Sevilla's ninth summer signing before the close of the transfer window on Friday after a fee in the region of £18m was agreed. AS reports that Promes is due in Andalucia in the next 24 hours for a medial and will sign a four-year contract at the Ramon Sanchez Pizjuan. Sevilla's move for the 26-year-old comes a day after they lost out to Real Madrid in the race to sign Mariano Diaz from Lyon.

Eric Maxim Choupo-Moting to Paris Saint-Germain

Choupo-Moting could make the jump from the Championship to the Champions League with Stoke keen to get the Cameroon international off their wage bill. The Sun claims Choupo-Moting earns £60,000-a-week with the Potters looking to rebuild following their relegation from the Premier League. PSG are willing to pay £15m for the forward, who's well known to coach Thomas Tuchel following his performances in the Bundesliga for Schalke.

Gary Cahill to Galatasaray

Cahill has failed to feature in any of Maurizio Sarri's first three matches as Chelsea manager and could be searching for a way out of Stamford Bridge. Fotomac claims Galatasaray have discussed personal terms with Cahill as they look to strengthen their squad ahead of the Champions League. Cahill, 32, who stepped back from international football earlier this week, has made 282 appearances for the Blues over seven years and is out of contract next summer.

Paulo Dybala to Real Madrid

Madrid's search for a replacement for Cristiano Ronaldo could end at the club they sold the Portuguese to with Dybala a £160m target. Reports in Argentina have claimed Dybala, whose place at Juve remains uncertain, has an agreement to move to the Bernabeu, although any transfer is unlikely to take place until next year. With the transfer window closed in Italy, Juve would be unable to sign a replacement for the Argentine.

Ruben Neves to Manchester United

Neves has already been a breakout player in the Premier League this season and his performances for Wolves could spark a bidding war between the two Manchester clubs. According to Goal, City could make a January move for the 21-year-old midfielder after expressing an interest late in the Premier League transfer window. However, Jose Mourinho's close relationship with Neves' agent Jorge Mendes means United could be at the front of the queue.
