Here are today's top five emerging whispers. And keep an eye on Transfer Talk for all the latest gossip.

Alphonso Davies to Bayern Munich

Bayern Munich are ready to make Davies the most expensive export in MLS history with the Vancouver Whitecaps winger reportedly the subject of a £14 million offer. Davies scored his first goal for the club at the age of 16 and the precocious talent is said to have attracted the interest of clubs such as Liverpool and Manchester United. But according to The Athletic, Bundesliga champions Bayern are at the head of the queue and in line to sign the highly rated 17-year-old attacker.

Harry Maguire to Manchester United

Leicester City defender Maguire could be on his way to Old Trafford after his superb performances for England this summer. The Manchester United target is attracting the interest of Jose Mourinho with the Premier League club weighing up a £65m offer, according to the Daily Mail. The 25-year-old's stock has soared after a series of impressive displays during England's run to the sem-finals of the World Cup. The former Hull City defender built on his club form at Leicester last season and with United keen to strengthen in this position he is claimed to be one of their main targets.

Alex Telles to Juventus

Juventus have reportedly launched a £26m bid to sign Brazilian full-back Telles. According to UOL Esporte, the 25-year-old Porto defender has attracted the interest of the Serie A champions. Telles is also believed to be on the radar of Paris Saint-Germain but it appears Juventus are leading the race to sign the attacking left-back. His dribbling ability is one of his biggest assets and his offensive skills have brought him to the attention of boss Massimiliano Allegri.

Olivier Giroud to Atletico Madrid

France World Cup winner Giroud is reportedly attracting the interest of Atletico Madrid and could be on the move to Spain this summer. According to Sky Sports, the La Liga club want to sign the striker on loan. However this does not, it is claimed, appeal to Chelsea and they are only likely to be willing to agree a permanent deal for the experienced forward. Giroud failed to score at the World Cup, not even mustering a shot on target, but netted three goals after moving to Stamford Bridge from Arsenal last season as they lifted the FA Cup.

Matteo Darmian to Napoli

Manchester United full-back Darmian is believed to be one of Napoli's main targets this summer. The 28-year-old is down the pecking order at Old Trafford and could have his heart set on a return to Italy. Darmian is entering the final year of his contract and is among "five or six" players Napoli are looking at, club president Aurelio De Laurentiis told Radio Kiss Kiss. The former Milan defender has made no secret of his desire to secure to regular football elsewhere and his versatility could be a major asset for last season's Serie A runners-up.
