Transfer Rater: Hector Bellerin to Manchester United, Nabil Fekir to Arsenal

Things change in the blink of an eye in football. The Football Whispers Index takes the latest transfer rumours and gives them a score out of five; the higher the score, the more realistic and reliable the Whisper.

Here are today's top five emerging whispers. And keep an eye on Transfer Talk for all the latest gossip.

Emil Forsberg to Arsenal

Arsenal are set to make a second attempt to buy Forsberg, according to German football journalist Raphael Honigstein. The Premier League side unsuccessfully tried to bring him in last summer, but will make their move at the end of this season. The 26-year-old has been in and out of the RB Leipzig team this season and is said to be keen on a move to England. Honigstein said: "He is still a guy who really wants to go to the Premier League. He was very upset when Arsenal's offer was turned down straight away by Leipzig."

Toby Alderweireld to Paris Saint-Germain

Tottenham defender Alderweireld's future is in doubt, with contract talks breaking down. The 29-year-old's deal runs until 2019, and according to Belgian newspaper HLN, Spurs are resigned to letting him leave this summer, but will demand £44 million. The Telegraph claims he is a Paris Saint-Germain target. The Ligue 1 leaders will be looking for defensive reinforcements in the summer and already have a good relationship with Tottenham, having sold them Serge Aurier and Lucas Moura in the past 12 months. They are likely to face competition from Manchester United and Barcelona.

Hector Bellerin to Manchester United

Arsenal defender Bellerin is a Manchester United target. They registered an interest in the Spaniard two seasons ago, and are keeping tabs on him ahead of a possible summer move, according to the Evening Standard. With Arsenal facing a second successive season without Champions League football, it will be hard for them to keep hold of the 23-year-old right-back. They're looking to overhaul their squad this summer to get back into Europe's elite competition and would reportedly listen to offers of around £50m for Bellerin.

Nabil Fekir to Arsenal

As part of that overhaul, The Sun claim Arsenal are willing to spent £45m on Lyon midfielder Fekir, but they could face competition from Barcelona. His agent, Jean-Pierre Bernes, insists his client won't force a move, telling Le Dauphine Libere: "First and foremost, we would respect Lyon. We do not want to leave after a big showdown. Nabil is at a big French club, if not the biggest."

Layvin Kurzawa to Tottenham Hotspur

Tottenham have received a boost in their chase of Kurzawa, according to Le Parisien. The paper claims Kevin Trapp, Javier Pastore and Kurzawa can all leave Paris Saint-Germain this summer, but it is the left-back who is closest to the exit door. This follows RMC Sport claims the North Londoners had an interest in the Frenchman at the weekend. With Danny Rose's future uncertain, a move for the 25-year-old would make sense.
