Jonas Hector to Borussia Dortmund

Former Liverpool transfer target Hector could be on his way to Dortmund this summer if current club Cologne are relegated. According to reports in kicker, the Germany international has a €8 million release clause in his contract and Dortmund intend to pay it. Peter Stoger's side are in dire need of a reliable left-back due to injuries to Erik Durm, Raphael Guerreiro and Marcel Schmelzer while Jeremy Toljan has failed to impress in his debut season with the club.

Aaron Ramsey to Chelsea

A report in the Mirror claims Chelsea are keeping tabs on Ramsey. The 27-year-old Arsenal midfielder has just a little over a year left on his current contract and is yet to commit to a new deal. Much like with Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain last summer, Arsenal may be forced to cash in on the Wales international when the season comes to an end.

Eden Hazard to Paris Saint-Germain

Chelsea fear Hazard could leave Stamford Bridge if the club fail to finish in the top four for the second time in the past three seasons. The Belgium international wants to showcase his talent in Europe's elite competition on a regular basis and there are rumours the Chelsea No.10 wants a contract worth £300,000-per-week. According to a report in the Mirror, Paris Saint-Germain would be happy to pay the 27-year-old such a salary.

Clement Lenglet to Real Madrid

Spanish publication Sport claim Real Madrid and Barcelona are prepared to battle it out this summer for Sevilla centre-back Lenglet. The French defender has impressed since joining the La Liga side during the summer of 2016 and has been identified by Zinedine Zidane as the player to improve his defence. The 22-year-old is believed to have a €30m release clause in his contract, a fee which represents great value in the current market.

Yerry Mina to West Ham United

The Colombian centre-back could be on his way out of Barcelona despite only signing for the club in January. Reports in Spain suggest he's going to be the one sacrificed when new signing Arthur joins the club because of EU rules. Brazilian sides are lining up to sign the 23-year-old on loan but West Ham have joined the queue. David Moyes men have struggled with defensive injuries these season and believe a deal for the former Palmeiras man would suit all parties.
