Chelsea have upped their interest in Arsenal's Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain and will pay up to £35 million for the England international, the Mirror reports.

Oxlade-Chamberlain has shown no signs of extending his contract at the Emirates, which has just one year remaining.

Chelsea coach Antiono Conte is determined to transform the Southampton product into a right wing-back, with the 23-year-old possessing the qualities to thrive in the role.

While Arsene Wenger is adamant that Alexis Sanchez will not be leaving, Oxlade-Chamberlain's future has been less discussed, with the player reportedly unhappy at being pushed over to the left flank.
