          TOP STORY: Neymar tells Barca teammates he is leaving

          Neymar's move from Barcelona to Paris Saint-Germain is all but a done deal, according to Le Parisien.

          The Brazil international is with Barca on their preseason tour of the U.S. and has supposedly told selected teammates he plans to leave for PSG, a step that is seen as "decisive" in making this happen.

          What's more, the report adds that members of Barcelona's hierarchy are resigned to the transfer, which is likely to be the most expensive ever, taking place.

          This follows news on Thursday night that Barcelona have grown tired of the ongoing Neymar speculation and will leave a decision on the player's future up to him and his father.

          22.05 BST: DONE DEAL ESPN FC reported on Thursday that West Ham's Darren Randolph was set to move to Middlebrough, and that has now gone through, with a deal in principle announced.

          Meanwhile, Sky Sports reports that West Ham are still making moves and have opened talks with Osmanlispor for Senegalese midfielder Badou N'Diaye.

          19.45 BST: Lazio president Claudio Lotito says Keita Balde won't be kept out of training amid links to a move to the likes of West Ham, and that the club will be happy to hold onto him this summer.

          18:40 BST: DONE DEAL It was no secret, but Chelsea have now confirmed the signing of Real Madrid striker Alvaro Morata on a five-year contract.

          18:30 BST: DONE DEAL Middlesbrough may have been relegated, but Cristhian Stuani will still be playing in the top flight after moving to newly promoted La Liga side Girona, where he will reunite with Bernardo, who left Boro two weeks ago.

          18.10 BST: The €40m transfer that will see Federico Bernardeschi leave Fiorentina for Juventus is nearly done with a medical set for Saturday, according to multiple reports in Italy.

          The two clubs agreed to the transfer fee that will also see the Viola getting 10 percent of any future transfer for the 23-year-old.

          17.50 BST: Chelsea boss Antonio Conte is reportedly targeting Fernando Llorente to back up Alvaro Morata, but the Independent reports that Swansea want £30 million for the striker.

          17.30 BST: Arsenal have been offered Barcelona midfielder Rafinha for €30m, according to Sky Sports.

          The 24-year-old is not on Barca's preseason tour as he recovers from a knee injury.

          17.17 BST: Having signed a left-back this afternoon, Liverpool have received good news for their hopes of signing Virgil van Dijk from Southampton.

          Multiple reports claim the defender has been told to train alone at Southampton after telling the club he wants to leave and is not available for selection.

          Southampton manager Mauricio Pellegrino is reported as saying: "My relationship with Virgil is excellent. I was clear with the boy, and I was talking from the first day with him. The club was clear. The club told me they will not sell Virgil. I communicate the idea of the club to the players and for me it was easy [to leave Van Dijk out of training] because I had to manage the dynamic of the team.

          "Now he is not involved with the team because psychologically he is not 100 percent. If you are not 100 percent with the team I need to work with the players who are 100 percent to defend Southampton. It's easy for me."

          17.05 BST: Sunderland have taken goalkeeper Robbin Ruiter on trial after selling Jordan Pickford and Vito Mannone this summer.

          Ruiter, 30, is a free agent after leaving Utrecht.

          16.50 BST: The Telegraph reports that West Ham, Newcastle and Swansea are all after Arsenal midfielder Jack Wilshere.

          Valued at £20m by Arsenal, Wilshere has also been linked with Italian side Sampdoria.

          16.28 BST: DONE DEAL Kevin Stewart has gone in the opposite direction to Andrew Robertson, leaving Liverpool to sign a three-year contract with Hull.

          "I'm delighted to sign for the club, I can't wait to get started and get my boots on," Stewart, a 23-year-old midfielder, said. "It's an exciting move for me and I'm looking forward to the challenge ahead."

          16.24 BST: Reading have had a £4m bid for Brighton striker Tomer Hemed rejected, the Argus reports. The 30-year-old Israel international is in the final year of his contract.

          16.10 BST: DONE DEAL Liverpool have announced the signing of Andy Robertson on a long-term contract from Hull.

          "It feels a wee bit surreal just now," the 23-year-old left-back told Liverpool's official website. Obviously I'm delighted. There's been a lot of speculation over the last couple of weeks but I'm glad that the deal's finally been done and I'm a Liverpool player." Full story.

          16.00 BST: No sooner had Leonardo Bonucci signed for AC Milan then he set about stealing Franck Kessie's shirt number.

          The defender explained how he pulled it off as he was unveiled by the Rossoneri.

          "I went on tiptoes, I talked to Kessie, and we agreed," Bonucci said. "I thank him, he's a smart and sensitive lad, he's a great investment for this club.           15.50 BST: Wolves summer of unlikely transfers continues with the rumour, from local newspaper the Express & Star, that they are set to sign Atletico Madrid playmaker Diego Jota.

          The Championship club have already signed highly rated midfielder Ruben Neves from Porto for a club-record fee reported to be around £15m.

          Reports in the French capital claim that Neymar has told Barcelona teammates he intends to join PSG this summer.

          15.20 BST: AC Milan are also keen on Renato Sanches. We know this because they have confirmed it.

          "I've known him since his Benfica days," AC Milan's sporting director Massimiliano Mirabelli told Mediaset. "He's a great player and we've got a great relationship with Bayern.

          15.02 BST: The Daily Mail reckons Manchester United could try to sign Renato Sanches from Bayern Munich.

          The midfielder was close to moving to Old Trafford before leaving Benfica for the Bundesliga last summer, but after failing to make an impression he could become available again.

          14.50 BST: This one should be a double DONE DEAL really. Kurt Zouma has signed a six-year contract with Chelsea and completed a season-long loan deal to join Stoke.

          "It is fantastic Kurt has chosen to commit his future to Chelsea," the club's technical director Michael Emenalo said. "He has shown his talent since joining us three years ago, and has returned from a serious injury with a fantastic attitude.

          "Now he has the opportunity to play regularly in the Premier League and we will be monitoring his progress closely while he is at Stoke."

          14.35 BST: DONE DEAL Eintracht Frankfurt have signed Jetro Willems from PSV Eindhoven on a four-year contract.

          "I really wanted to move to a club that offered me a good outlook and where I could play regularly," the 23-year-old left-back said. "I had very good discussions with the club management and the head coach so I'm convinced that I can take the next step in my career with Eintracht Frankfurt."

          14.21 BST: Leicester midfielder Andy King has pulled no punches when talking about Riyad Mahrez's situation at the club.

          "Riyad is aware as anyone that if no one comes in, then he is a Leicester City player," King said. "The boys have been saying that to him.

          "We are a tight-knit group and we work hard. A lot of us have been together now for a long period of time and we are not going to let anyone down tools and think that is all right. He knows the way we work and if he isn't going to put it in for the team, then he will get dug out for that.

          14.07 BST: Chelsea manager Antonio Conte has said the decision to part company with Diego Costa was taken in January.

          Speaking at a news conference, he told reporters: "In January, the Costa situation was very clear for the club, for him, and for his agent.

          13.55 BST: Mamadou Sakho could be heading for Sevilla after Crystal Palace decided making his loan move from Liverpool would be too expensive, according to reports in Spain.

          13.40 BST: Evans Kondogbia, the brother and agent of Inter Milan's Geoffrey Kondogbia, has said he has spoken to PSG about a potential summer move.

          13.30 BST: PSG coach Unai Emery has said Serge Aurier will soon be on his way, telling reporters: "He told me he wishes to leave and that he preferred to stay in Paris to prepare for his move away." Defender Aurier has been linked with Manchester United.

          13.10 BST: DONE DEAL Newcastle United have completed the signing of Spain under-21 defender Javier Manquillo from Atletico Madrid, with the 23-year-old moving for an undisclosed fee and signing a three-year contract.

          12.40 BST: Nottingham Forest could soon have a new striker, with the Nottingham Post reporting that Daryl Murphy is all set to complete a £2m move from Newcastle.

          12.30 BST: This looks set to be a summer of ambitious incomings for West Ham United, but that will also mean a few outgoings, says the London Evening Standard.

          Goalkeeper Darren Randolph could move to Middlesbrough, while Sofiane Feghouli is a target for Galatasaray and Robert Snodgrass is in line for a move back to his old club Leeds.

          12.10 BST: DONE DEAL A done deal from Germany -- Nurnberg have signed defender Ewerton, who has played on loan for Kaiserslautern in the past, from Sporting Lisbon.

          12.00 BST: Tottenham midfielder Eric Dier remains keen on a move to Manchester United despite Spurs saying that he is not for sale, the Manchester Evening News reports.

          11.50 BST: Arsenal and Crystal Palace are in talks over a move to Selhurst Park for defender Calum Chambers, the Guardian reports, adding that "both clubs are increasingly confident a compromise can be struck over the fee."

          11.40 BST: The Birmingham Mail reports that Wolves are set to sign winger Diogo Jota on loan from Atletico Madrid.

          11.20 BST: DONE DEAL League One club MK Dons have signed striker Ryan Seager from Southampton on a season-long loan deal. Seager has also put pen to paper on a new Southampton contract.

          11.00 BST: There's a new deal for one of Leicester City's midfield prospects:

          10.45 BST: Chelsea are among several European clubs monitoring Montreal Impact winger Ballou Jean-Yves Tabla, sources close to the player have told ESPN FC.

          Tabla, 18, scored on his first MLS start for Impact in April after progressing from the reserves and has made 17 appearances so far this season.

          10.40 BST: Sky Sports reports that Marko Arnautovic is on the verge of moving from Stoke to West Ham and is undergoing a medical in London. It says the deal could eventually cost the Hammers £25m.

          09.50 BST: Leicester manager Craig Shakespeare has refused to comment on reports that Arsenal midfielder Mohamed Elneny rejected a move to the club after a £10m fee had been agreed, the Mirror reports.

          09.30 BST: Hertha Berlin are set to sign Red Bull Salzburg midfielder Valentino Lazaro, 21, for around €5m, Salzburger Nachrichten has reported.

          09.15 BST: New Sunderland boss Simon Grayson could sign Dutch goalkeeper Robbin Ruiter, a free agent who is currently on trial with the Championship club, the Northern Echo reports.

          08.55 BST: West Brom boss Tony Pulis is keen to do a bit of business before the summer is out, saying: "You're always looking for better players -- you are always looking for improvement. I think the team itself is waiting for better players to come in."

          08.45 BST: To the Championship, and to Bristol City now. The Bristol Post reports that they face competition for IFK Norrkoping winger Niclas Eliasson, with Lyon also interested, and could be about to make an offer for Luton Town forward Isaac Vassell.

          08.25 BST: Sky Sports reports that Leicester manager Craig Shakespeare has confirmed the club have rejected a Roma offer for midfielder Riyad Mahrez, also linked with Tottenham Hotspur.

          08.15 BST: DONE DEAL Chelsea have announced that defender Jay Dasilva has signed a new deal at Stamford Bridge and will return to League One Charlton Athletic, where he spent last season on loan, for the forthcoming campaign.

          08.05 BST: Good morning and welcome to today's edition of Transfer Talk, where Hull City and Liverpool are the first two teams in the spotlight.

          The Hull Daily Mail reports that Liverpool midfielder Kevin Stewart is poised to wrap up a £4 million move from Anfield, with Tigers defender Andy Robertson set to complete a £10m switch in the opposite direction.

          Barca bid €80m for Coutinho

          As Andres Iniesta enters the final year of his contract, Barcelona have sought out a replacement. And according to the Mail, Philippe Coutinho is the man to fill the 33-year-old World Cup winner's boots in the Blaugrana midfield.

          However, a source has told ESPN FC that Liverpool will reject any approaches from Barcelona for Coutinho.

          Barca have been told by Liverpool that any approach would be immediately dismissed as they do not wish sell the player at any price.

          The Mail says that with the 25-year-old having signed a new deal until 2022 last season, the Reds would be expected to demand at least the £75 million they received when they sold Luis Suarez to Barcelona in 2014.

          Martial on his way out of Old Trafford?

          Anthony Martial struggled to live up to the standard he set in his first season at Manchester United, and after an inconsistent second campaign he may find he won't get a second chance under Jose Mourinho.

          The Express reports that the 21-year-old France international may be on the move this summer. Wolfsburg have asked about his availability, though that offer is not likely to be entertained, the Express says, citing German magazine kicker.

          However, with Mourinho refusing to give up in his chase for Ivan Perisic and Inter similarly stubborn over their £50m valuation, it's said that the inclusion of Martial could get the deal over the line.

          Spurs stalking Mahrez

          Tottenham are playing the waiting game over Leicester City talisman Riyad Mahrez.

          The Standard reports that Spurs have asked to be kept informed of the 26-year-old's position with the Foxes, and are ready to pounce.

          One sticking point appears to be Leicester's £50m asking price for the former Premier League Player of the Year. The paper says Tottenham will require that amount to significantly drop before they seriously consider launching a bid.

          As always, the Londoners are keeping their cards close to their chest -- this move has deadline day deal written all over it.

          Monaco place £50m tag on Mendy

          Manchester City will need to up their bid by another £5.5m if they are to land Monaco left-back Benjamin Mendy.

          Multiple reports suggested on Thursday that the principality club had rejected an initial £44.5m offer from City, but the Independent says Monaco are holding out for £50m.

          Pep Guardiola has already signed England international Kyle Walker from Tottenham this summer, and has also been linked with Real Madrid outcast Danilo.

          Mendy, though, remains the Manchester City manager's primary target -- and Monaco know it.

          Tap-ins

          -- Arsenal are close to securing Mesut Ozil's signature on a new contract, according to the Mail. The 28-year-old is in the final year of his deal and, while he was holding out for wages of £350,000 a week, the Germany international has struggled to generate interest and is considering the Gunners' £280,000-a-week offer.

          -- Inter are becoming "more and more convinced" that they'll get a deal done for Santos playmaker and Brazil international Lucas Lima before the summer window closes, Gianluca Di Marzio reports.

          -- Contract talks between Manchester City and 17-year-old academy phenom Jadon Sancho have broken down. The Independent reports that he sees his path to the first team blocked at the Etihad, and Arsenal and Tottenham are prepared to swoop.
