Antoine Griezmann to Manchester United

Atletico Madrid star Griezmann has told French newspaper L'Equipe he is set to move on this summer. "I'm ready to go," he said, adding: "I want to win titles." Manchester United have been persistently linked with a move for the forward, who hit 26 goals in all competitions this season. In response to the rumours, the 26-year-old recently rated the chance of a move to Old Trafford as "six" out of ten.

Fabinho to Manchester City

After a stunning season that saw them win Ligue 1 and reach the Champions League semifinals, a number of Monaco stars are being coveted by other clubs. One of those stars is Fabinho, who the Daily Mail have suggested is a Manchester City target. While normally a full-back, the Brazilian has played well in central midfield in recent seasons. As a result, he could be the perfect inverted right-back for Pep Guardiola's tactics.

Iker Casillas to Liverpool

Per Spanish sports daily AS, Casillas could be set to join Liverpool this summer. The former Real Madrid and Spain shotstopper is wanted by clubs in China, Qatar and Turkey, but the Premier League could be his preference, with some suggestions he has agreed precontract terms with Liverpool. The 36-year-old has spent the last two seasons in Portugal with Porto, and he kept an impressive 23 clean sheets this term.

Ben Woodburn to Real Madrid

After breaking into the Liverpool first team this season, Woodburn has emerged as a potential Real Madrid transfer target. According to Spanish outlet Don Balon, the Welsh winger has been talked up by his compatriot Gareth Bale. The 17-year-old became Liverpool's youngest-ever goalscorer after netting the second in a 2-0 EFL Cup quarter-final win over Leeds.

Cesar Azpilicueta to Barcelona

After missing out on the La Liga title and being eliminated from the Champions League at the quarterfinal stage this season, Barcelona are keen to refresh their squad in the summer, and Azpilicueta is a potential addition. The Spanish defender adjusted exceptionally to a centre-back role in Chelsea's system under Antonio Conte, once again proving his versatility. However, the 27-year-old told Marca: "It's flattering that a club like Barcelona can be interested in you but I am very happy here."
