As Manchester United scrambled around chasing moves on transfer deadline day, an old tweet from Gary Neville surfaced.
Jose Mourinho has cut a miserable figure all summer after only signing Fred, Diogo Dalot and Lee Grant.
He wanted many more, as he pointed out numerous times on United's preseason tour, but as deadline day rumbled on there was still no news.
What the transfer deadline gives you is a clear indication of which are the badly run football clubs!!!

And that's when Twitter uses did a bit of digging and found Neville's tweet from six years ago, implying those who leave it late are not well-run clubs. Once it was picked up, it spread pretty quickly and surpassed 12,300 retweets in no time.
A penny for Mourinho and executive vice-chairman Ed Woodward's thoughts on the musings of a United legend ...
