Having begun their World Cup campaign with a dramatic 2-1 win over Tunisia, the England squad returned to their training base to begin preparations for their next Group G encounter against Panama. The players enjoyed a light "recovery day" in Repino which, among other things, involved a lively inflatable unicorn race in the swimming pool. As the old adage goes, you simply can't beat a good unicorn race! While Jesse Lingard, Jordan Pickford and Harry Maguire frolicked in the pool, the likes of Raheem Sterling and Jordan Henderson enjoyed a friendly game of basketball in the neighbouring gym. How refreshing to see an England team looking so calm, relaxed and comfortable in each other's company at a major tournament.
