Man United hero David Beckham launches grooming brand inspired by treble

One look at his business and sponsorship portfolio proves that David Beckham isn't exactly short of extra-curricular ventures, but that hasn't stopped the 42-year-old from launching headlong into yet another.

In conjunction with L'Oreal, the former Manchester United midfielder has launched a new line of high-end male grooming products called "House 99".

According to GQ, the House 99 brand was named in reference to the year 1999, an incredibly significant year in Beckham's life.

Not only did he marry his wife Victoria and become a father to his first son, Brooklyn, it was also the season in which United recorded their famous Treble -- the Premier League, the FA Cup and the Champions League -- a first for any English club.

"House 99 is here to support men, to give them the tools they need to create whatever look they are going for," Beckham said.

"I created House 99 to give people the inspiration as well as the right products to experiment and feel completely at home doing so."
