Anthony Pulis -- not that one -- hired as manager of USL side Saint Louis FC

There was good news and bad news in the Pulis family today. In a rather bizarre turn of events, one Anthony Pulis landed a job on the same day that one Tony Pulis lost his.

Anthony Pulis, the son of former West Brom manager Tony Pulis, was named manager of Saint Louis FC in the United Soccer League on Monday, the same day his father was relieved of his duties as the Baggies' boss.

The younger Pulis played for a number of teams in England, after coming up through the ranks with Portsmouth and before finishing his career with Orlando City, then in the USL.

Most recently, Anthony Pulis was manager of Orlando City B. He now takes over the reins in St. Louis ahead of the 2018 USL season.

We're not sure if Anthony is working out his backroom staff just yet, but he sure has a ringer back at home if his well-travelled father doesn't find a new gig before next year!
