Atlanta United boss Tata Martino superstitiously makes journalist move

Atlanta United manager Tata Martino is not taking any risks while trying to reach the MLS playoffs in the club's first season -- no matter how silly.

The former Barcelona and Argentina boss was just beginning a recent news conference when he noticed that Atlanta Journal-Constitution reporter Doug Roberson was not seated in his customary spot in the front row.

Roberson tried to ask the opening question, but Martino was not having it...

The journalist promptly obeyed and took his seat before starting again, much to the delight of the room.

And perhaps we also learned the secret to Martino's quick success in MLS -- language barriers mean nothing when you can express yourself that well with just a few winks and nods!
