Transfer Rater: Lucas Moura to Tottenham, Hector Bellerin to Juventus

Things change in the blink of an eye in football. The Football Whispers Index takes the latest transfer rumours and gives them a score out of five; the higher the score, the more realistic and reliable the whisper.

Here are today's top five emerging whispers. And keep an eye on Transfer Talk for all the latest gossip.

Lucas Moura to Tottenham Hotspur

After raiding Paris Saint-Germain for Serge Aurier in the summer, Tottenham could return to the French club for Moura, according to L'Equipe. Spurs boss Mauricio Pochettino is thought to want to strengthen his attacking options, and sees the Brazilian as an ideal signing. There could be a stumbling block in negotiations as Daniel Levy is only thought to be willing to sanction a loan, while PSG would prefer a permanent sale as they are looking to offload players due to financial fair play. The 25-year-old has also been subject of Manchester United talk, but with Alexis Sanchez on his way to Old Trafford that has cooled.

Hector Bellerin to Juventus

Arsenal right-back Bellerin is a Juventus target, according to Tuttosport. The Italian newspaper claims the Serie A champions have been watching him since 2014 and are considering making a move at the end of the season. Massimiliano Allegri's side are said to have made an approach for him last year, but were put off by his £40 million asking price.

Michy Batshuayi to West Ham United

With Andy Carroll a Chelsea target, The Telegraph report West Ham will ask for Batshuayi on loan as part of a deal that would see the England international move to Stamford Bridge. Batshuayi is out of favour at Chelsea with Alvaro Morata preferred up front and if he doesn't play, Antonio Conte has been known to snub Batshuayi, instead going with a front trio of Pedro, Willian and Eden Hazard. The Belgian is said to be keen on moving to Sevilla ahead of West Ham, while Borussia Dortmund have also been credited with an interest.

Juan Bernat to Everton

With Everton needing a left-back, Bernat could be on Sam Allardyce's radar, according to the Liverpool Echo. Cuco Martina has been poor while deputising for Leighton Baines while Luke Garbutt is out of favour. Bernat is behind David Alaba in the pecking order at Bayern Munich and a lack of game time ahead of the World Cup could see the Spaniard push for a move away from the German giants.

Joao Mario to West Ham United

Inter midfielder Mario is set to leave the San Siro on a temporary basis this January, and after already turning down a move to Watford, he has been linked with West Ham. The Telegraph say Inter and West Ham have agreed terms on a deal, and it's down to the player. The 24-year-old doesn't seem too keen on the move with Sky Sports reporting he's already rejected the offer. Meanwhile, RMC Sport believe he's yet to make up his mind -- but it will take a lot to convince him to move to the London Stadium.
