Transfer Rater: Julian Draxler to Liverpool, Alexis Sanchez to Real Madrid

Things change in the blink of an eye in football. The Football Whispers Index takes the latest transfer rumours and gives them a score out of five; the higher the score, the more realistic and reliable the whisper.

Here are today's top five emerging whispers. And keep an eye on Transfer Talk for all the latest gossip.

Julian Draxler to Liverpool

The Reds have reignited their interest in Draxler and are reportedly poised to make an attempt to sign the Paris Saint-Germain midfielder on loan. Draxler, 24, moved to PSG in January but has not always been a guaranteed starter under Unai Emery. Determined to be in the German lineup for the World Cup, Draxler may look to spend the second-half of the season elsewhere to boost his chances. However, getting him on loan may be difficult unless there is an option to make the switch permanent at a later date. PSG are under pressure to stay within the parameters of UEFA's financial fair play regulations and if Draxler were to go, they need to sell him to help balance their books.

Lucas Torreira to Everton

The Sampdoria star has been subject of Everton rumours since the Toffees sent scouts to watch him in March. However, Blucerchiati director Carlo Osti insists he will not be leaving in January after he starred in their 3-2 win over Juventus at the weekend. "No-one will leave in January, even if everyone's already asking me about him," he said. Despite his comments, Everton are in need of inspiration in midfield and may test Samp's resolve with a bid in January.

Alexis Sanchez to Real Madrid

The Spanish giants are the latest club to be linked with the Arsenal forward. Sanchez's contract expires in the summer and he is expected to leave the Emirates. According to Don Balon, Florentino Perez is interested in bringing the Chilean to the Bernabeu. The report states Madrid are long-time admirers of Sanchez, dating back to when he played for bitter rivals Barcelona.

Malcom to Chelsea

Chelsea have joined the race to sign Manchester United target Malcom. The Bordeaux starlet has been in excellent form in Ligue 1 this season, scoring five goals and notching four assists, and although United are said to have watched him on Sunday when Bordeaux took on Marseille, the Blues remain confident they can edge their rivals to the Brazilian sensation. Chelsea are keen to secure a replacement for Willian, who is tipped to leave Stamford Bridge in the summer. The Premier League champions have also been linked with PSG winger Lucas Moura, but Malcom, 20, represents the more exciting option.

Andre Gomes to Juventus

The Tottenham target looks set to leave Barcelona but Juventus are his most likely destination. Gomes has struggled to nail down a starting place at the Camp Nou and is eager to get more minutes and secure his place in Portugal's World Cup squad. Spurs have reportedly expressed an interest in the midfielder but Jorge Mendes, the player's agent, is keen to secure his client a move to the Serie A champions. Calciomercato report that Gomes' entourage have been in talks with the Bianconeri since June.
