Bale copies Ronaldo's goal celebration

Having copied his free kick technique, his hairstyle, his chiselled physique and even his place of work over the past couple of years, it would appear that Gareth Bale is now even closer to realising his dream of actually becoming Cristiano Ronaldo on a full-time basis.

After scoring the first of his two goals for Wales against mighty Andorra on Tuesday night, Bale celebrated with a routine lifted straight from his Real Madrid team-mate: leaping into the air, rotating 180 degrees and sticking the landing with a Ronaldo-esque roar.

However, reality visibly dawned mid-spin as Bale turned to be greeted not by Ronaldo or Karim Benzema or James Rodriguez, but by the grinning face of ... Charlton Athletic striker Simon Church.

Come on Gareth, stick to the hearts, son!
