Why he's here: If Saturday was Iniesta's last final for Barcelona, it was the perfect way to go out. His man-of-the-match performance culminated in his name being sung out by both Blaugrana and Sevilla fans alike, and a 30th Copa del Rey trophy for the Catalan club following a 5-0 victory at the Wanda Metropolitano.
2. Kalidou Koulibaly | Napoli
Why he's here: Not only did Koulibaly lead a Napoli defence that didn't allow a single shot on target -- the first time Juventus have failed to do so in the Allianz Stadium -- he also scored a dramatic stoppage-time winner in Sunday's 1-0 victory that sees the Partenopei cut Juve's Serie A lead to a single point.
3. Jadon Sancho | Borussia Dortmund
Why he's here: A breakout performance from the 18-year-old Manchester City academy product, who scored one and assisted on two more as Dortmund throttled Bayer Leverkusen 4-0 on Saturday -- giving third-placed BVB a three-point cushion over Leverkusen.
4. Mark Uth | Hoffenheim
Why he's here: Uth scored twice and added an assist in Hoffenheim's 5-2 win over RB Leipzig on Saturday, which sees Julian Nagelsmann's men leapfrog the Red Bull-backed club for fifth place in the Bundesliga.
5. Alexis Sanchez | Manchester United
Why he's here: Sanchez scored the equaliser that sent Man United on the comeback trail, leading to a 2-1 FA Cup semifinal win over Tottenham and setting up an FA Cup final date with Chelsea.
6. Alexandre Lacazette | Arsenal
Why he's here: With all the attention on the dugout following Arsene Wenger's announcement that he'll leave Arsenal at the end of the season, Lacazette delivered a pair of goals en route to a 4-1 win over West Ham on Sunday.
7. Alphonse Areola | Paris Saint-Germain
Why he's here: If not for Areola's eight saves, PSG very likely don't leave Bordeaux with a 1-0 victory on Sunday.
8. Kevin De Bruyne | Manchester City
Why he's here: De Bruyne's work rate in City's midfield stood out, as did his sensational goal that put the contest out of Swansea's reach in an eventual 5-0 rout on Sunday.
9. Olivier Giroud | Chelsea
Why he's here: Giroud scored perhaps Chelsea's goal of the season in leading the Blues to a 2-0 FA Cup semifinal victory over Southampton on Sunday.
10. Philippe Coutinho | Barcelona
Why he's here: Coutinho is looking more and more at home with Barcelona, as he set up Luis Suarez's strike and added a goal of his own from the penalty spot in the Copa del Rey final win over Sevilla.
