Which African player are you most excited about watching in action this term?
Premier League fans will, as ever, be able to witness some of the continent's biggest names and top talents in action this season, with many of Africa's best players featuring for teams up and down the division.
In this feature, KweséESPN trio Colin Udoh, Michael Oti Adjei and Ed Dove name the African player they're most excited about watching in action this term.
Udoh: Mohamed Salah
His time at Chelsea may not have been quite the stuff of dreams, but the best thing that happened to Mo was moving to Italy, where he comprehensively stacked up excellent numbers to dispel all - if any - lingering doubts about his quality and ability.
In preseason, Salah has already shown more than enough glimpses of what the rest of the Premiership should brace up for when he takes his place in Liverpool's lethal front three.
There is nothing quite so frightening for the opposition -- and enjoyable for home fans -- than the sight of a nimble-footed, clinical finisher bearing down on your backline.
Salah offers all of that and more.
Perhaps he struggled in the Premier League first time out, but his second coming should have enough blood-sizzling excitement to put him up there with the best performers in the top flight.
Mane's shine is about to lose some of it's lustre, although, come to think of it, talent like Salah's enhances rather than takes away from those around him.
I can't wait to watch!
Oti Adjei: Christian Atsu
Ghanaians have always felt that Atsu is a supreme talent, and hopefully he shows that in the Premier League this term as he has done while representing Ghana in major tournaments in the past.
He has pace, good skills and scores the occasional goal. If Rafa Benitez trusts him enough, he could be fantastic weapon for Newcastle.
Then there is also Mane, who for me is one of the best strikers in the world.
His mix of pace and finishing could be central to where Liverpool finish in the season...but only if he stays fit.
Dove: Kelechi Iheanacho
I think Manchester City may well come to regret their decision to allow Iheanacho to leave the Etihad Stadium this summer.
The Nigeria international has enjoyed terrific goals-to-minutes and goals-to-chances ratios in the Premier League despite having to feed off the odd opportunities afforded him by the Spanish coach.
Despite still being only 20, he's already averaged a goal every 106 minutes in the Premier League, and I'm backing him to prove his class at Leicester City...even if he won't quite sustain these numbers!

The forward demonstrated on his debuts - even though it was just a 20-minute cameo - that he's intelligent enough to forge a terrific partnership with Jamie Vardy, and he has the character to relish being the main man at the King Power Stadium.
Of course, there are unanswered questions about the makeup of the Foxes' attack last season - not least because Riyad Mahrez's future remains uncertain - but Iheanacho is the kind of talent that Craig Shakespeare can build his team around.
I'm just excited about getting to watch him week in, week out!
