The readers' XI will consist of the players with the most votes, subject to a minimum of:
a. Four batsmen (including one wicketkeeper)
b. Five from the allrounders and bowlers
c. The top four overseas players among the XI selected on the above criteria will be considered. If more than four are in the first XI, the one with the smallest margin of votes to the next-best Indian player will be left out.
