YOUNGSTOWN, Ohio -- Martin Ruiz rushed for 165 yards -- including an 80-yard touchdown jaunt -- and Youngstown State rolled over Robert Morris 38-6 on Saturday. The Penguins (2-1) took the opening drive 75 yards in seven plays, culminated by Trent Hosick's 21-yard touchdown pass to Ruiz. Later in the quarter, Ruiz scored on a 14-yard carry and the rout was on. Zac Kennedy's 37-yard second-quarter field goal made it 17-0 at intermission. Early in the third quarter, Hosick hooked up with Kevin Rader on a 27-yard scoring strike, and Ruiz' long run late in the frame put the Penguins up 31-6. Hosick finished 6 of 12 for 112 yards. Robert Morris (0-2) had 0 yards of total offense at halftime, were outgained for the game 431-103 and generated just six first downs.
