Watch: Big Ben's 70th TD pass to Antonio Brown goes for 78 yards

JACKSONVILLE -- When the Pittsburgh Steelers are flailing, there’s always Antonio Brown.

The Steelers were down 16-0 when Ben Roethlisberger heaved a deep ball to a wide-open Brown for a 78-yard score with 1:31 left in the third quarter. The pass traveled 43 air yards, the deepest TD Brown and Roethlisberger have ever connected on.

Once he secured the ball, Brown cut in the open field to make corner Jalen Ramsey miss on his way to the end zone. Brown was so open that the Jaguars' defense must have had a coverage miscommunication.

It's the 70th touchdown pass to Brown in Roethlisberger's career. Brown is the second Steelers receiver with 70 career TD receptions, joining Hines Ward (85).

The 78-yard TD is the second longest of Brown's career, trailing only a 79-yarder he had against the Browns in 2011.

Roethlisberger gained more yards on that throw than he did on his previous 24 attempts. Roethlisberger was 11-of-24 for 66 yards and three interceptions before that play, easily one of his worst stretches in recent memory.

In his past three games against Jacksonville, Roethlisberger has three touchdowns and six interceptions when targeting Brown.
