Here’s an updated look at the Pac-12 power rankings after Week 12:  1. USC (10-2 overall, 8-1 Pac-12): The Trojans are good -- not great, but they’re still the best the Pac-12 has to offer this season.
 2. Washington State (9-2, 6-2): For the second straight year, the Cougars have a chance to win the Pac-12 North in the Apple Cup.
 3. Stanford (8-3, 7-2): There’s no sense playing running back Bryce Love against Notre Dame this Saturday. Oklahoma's Baker Mayfield is going to run away with the Heisman Trophy, and if Wazzu slips up in Seattle, the Cardinal will play the following Friday in the Pac-12 title game. Let that ankle heal up.
 4. Washington (9-2, 6-2): If the Huskies play the way they did against Utah next weekend against Washington State, they’ll watch their rivals celebrate a division title at Husky Stadium.
 5. Arizona (7-4, 5-3): Arizona doesn’t belong ahead of Oregon based on what happened Saturday, but we’ll leave the Wildcats ahead of the Ducks for at least another week because their resume on the season remains a little better.
 6. Oregon (6-5, 3-5): In the Ducks’ four losses without quarterback Justin Herbert, they combined to score 34 points. With Herbert back in the lineup against Arizona, they had 35 through three quarters and won by 20.
 7. Arizona State (6-5, 5-3): A win against Arizona next weekend would leapfrog the Sun Devils above the Wildcats in the bowl pecking order, which might mean the Sun Bowl instead of Vegas.
 8. UCLA (5-6, 3-5): The Bruins' 501 yards of offense against USC are the most against the Trojans since 2014, but that’s probably a source of more frustration considering they led to just 23 points.
 9. California (5-6, 2-6): The Bears came up short in the Big Game and now turn their attention to the other U.C. school. The stakes for Cal and UCLA on Friday: an appearance in a low-level bowl game!
 10. Utah (5-6, 2-6): This one is going to sting. With 1:00 on the clock in the fourth quarter, the Utes led by seven, only to watch Washington win the game as time expired.
 11. Colorado (5-6, 2-6): The Buffaloes’ late-season bye might end up being well-timed. They got a week to rest while next weekend’s opponent, Utah, played a physical game on the road at Washington. Colorado vs. Utah is another play-in game for a low-level bowl!
